Chair-Assisted Yoga is a class designed to help folks who are physically challenged in any way to still be able to breathe and move into a posture using a chair to sit or hold onto. Each individual will be given a chair and props to help with opening of the body to create a new way of feeling, seeing and holding oneself. This is a slower class to allow time between postures and to move into and set up for each posture.
Bring your mat and wear comfortable clothes. No experience necessary.
