Ashtanga Yoga class at She Collective is a flow yoga. Ashtanga is the original vinyasa method dating back many thousands of years. Because of this unfamiliar type of yoga practice it will be introduced to students in a slower manner. Students will learn and become stronger and more fluid. You will receive a list with the postures on it. The Primary Series will be explained and students encouraged to have patience upon starting. This is a challenging class but one that can be modified to find the balance, strength and flexibility needed in each pose. You will be surprised how a weekly practice can change the way you feel about yourself. 
Please do not hesitate to experience this type of yoga. Ginny will help you along with hope that you will learn to enjoy this practice and take it home to practice when unable to come to class.
