Soul Flow Yoga is a class designed for individuals who are familiar with basic yoga postures and are comfortable to move and breathe in a fluid manner. Start off your weekend with an all-levels flow curated to an excellent playlist! Katie teaches a blend of yin and vinyasa yoga that creates a brave space for students to show up and give themselves permission to do, be or feel whatever they need in order to feel connected mind, body, and soul.
