Reset your soul and mind with a modern and fresh approach to meditation. Experience a mix of breath work, guided meditation, music, and affirmations as we pause our daily lives and focus on the present moment. Reconnect with your essential nature, your higher self, your spirit. Bring your yoga mat or sit on one of our blankets or chairs. Beginners and advance meditators are equally welcome. Relax, let go, refresh!

Instructor: Mercedes Noble-Reyes was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 1994 she moved to the Cleveland area and has been working in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Communications as a Benefits Consultant with Aflac Insurance. For 13 years she has been studying Personal Motivation, The Law of Attraction, and New Thought. Her desire to develop her spirituality has taken her into a journey of self-discovery and a new career path that includes meditation, helping others to channel their inner strength, as well as coaching individuals and couples into having healthier and more meaningful relationships. In 2014 she became a Reiki practitioner. Mercedes has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing (B.B.A.) and a Masters of Arts in Mass Communication (M.A.). She is completing her Meditation Coaching Certification.
