‘Yoga in the Church’ at She Collective Basics Class is for persons wanting to become stronger and find ease in postures. 
We begin with warm-ups and work on the range of motion of the whole body. This class can be challenging for limited movement individuals but modifications will be suggested to help everyone move into their version of the pose.
