Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that connects breath to movement. Class begins with a few minutes of relaxed centering. We then move through warm ups including sun salutations. Classes will be composed of a variety of poses including forward folds, back bends, twists, balancing, hip and shoulder openers as well as inversions. Modifications will be given for newer students or those experiencing limitations and embellishments will be offered for more advanced students.

Drop in $15, $10 for students/seniors
All yoga packages and memberships are welcome!
