Limited to 8 students per class. It is recommended (but not required!) to join us for all 4-classes in this series.
Commit to your own self-care and well-being in 2019. Join us for a 4-week restorative yoga series that will help you slow down, open up, and align with nature's season of rest and renewal. You will be guided through fully-supported restorative yoga poses and deep relaxation designed to promote healing and balance. Any and every body is welcome in this therapeutic yoga offering. Classes will be instructed in a trauma-informed style.

Make your commitment to participating in the full series by purchasing the Series Pass HERE. Registration is recommended as attendance is limited to 8 students/class for this series. Drop-in rate: $15/$10 for students & seniors. All packages and memberships can also be used for these classes.
